Peach muffins are a healthy and light breakfast favorite for people following diets.

Ingredients
  

  • Flour: 1 cup
  • Oats: 1 cup
  • Powdered Milk: ½ cup
  • Baking Soda: 2 teaspoons
  • Baking Powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Cinnamon: 4 teaspoons
  • Brown Sugar: 1 cup
  • Vanilla: 2 teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil: ¼ cup
  • Egg White: 1
  • Peach Juice: 1 cup
  • Peaches: 2 cups cut into small cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, powdered milk, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and peach cubes until the ingredients are well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the liquid milk, vanilla, egg white, peach juice, and vegetable oil.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir well until you get a smooth, consistent batter.
  • Pour the batter into greased muffin molds.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Bake the peach muffins in the preheated oven until cooked through. Then, serve.
