Peach muffins are a healthy and light breakfast favorite for people following diets.
Ingredients
- Flour: 1 cup
- Oats: 1 cup
- Powdered Milk: ½ cup
- Baking Soda: 2 teaspoons
- Baking Powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Milk: 1 cup
- Cinnamon: 4 teaspoons
- Brown Sugar: 1 cup
- Vanilla: 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil: ¼ cup
- Egg White: 1
- Peach Juice: 1 cup
- Peaches: 2 cups cut into small cubes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, powdered milk, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and peach cubes until the ingredients are well combined.
- In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the liquid milk, vanilla, egg white, peach juice, and vegetable oil.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir well until you get a smooth, consistent batter.
- Pour the batter into greased muffin molds.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake the peach muffins in the preheated oven until cooked through. Then, serve.
