Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breast: 4 breasts
  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Onion powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Rosemary: 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper: ¼ teaspoon ground
  • Cumin: ¼ teaspoon
  • Olive oil: ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice: 4 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • In a deep bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and rosemary. Then, add the black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, and cumin. Mix everything well until it is fully combined.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss them until they are completely coated.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 6 hours so the chicken can absorb all the flavors.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the chicken pieces in a baking tray lightly greased with a little oil.
  • Put the tray in the oven for about 1 hour, until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Serve the grilled chicken hot with a side of green salad.
