Ingredients
- 500 grams peanuts shelled
Instructions
- Spread the peanuts on a baking tray.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes, until the peanuts turn golden brown.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let the peanuts cool slightly.
- Place the roasted peanuts in a food processor and blend for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the peanut butter to a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
