Fried Fish Fingers
These fingers are tender on the inside, golden and crispy on the outside.
Ingredients
- 500 g Fish Fillets boneless, cut into long strips
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger ground
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Chili
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons White Flour
- 1 teaspoon Rice Flour
- 2 teaspoons Corn Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, marinate the fish finger strips well with salt, lemon juice, turmeric, crushed chili, black pepper, minced garlic, and ginger.
- In another deep bowl, mix the white flour, rice flour, corn flour, egg, and baking soda.
- Dip the fish fingers into the flour and egg mixture, then into the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the fish fingers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly brush the fish fingers with a little frying oil.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at a medium heat until the fingers are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve the fish fingers hot.
