Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Fish Fillets boneless, cut into long strips
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger ground
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons White Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Corn Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions
 

  • In a deep bowl, marinate the fish finger strips well with salt, lemon juice, turmeric, crushed chili, black pepper, minced garlic, and ginger.
  • In another deep bowl, mix the white flour, rice flour, corn flour, egg, and baking soda.
  • Dip the fish fingers into the flour and egg mixture, then into the breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange the fish fingers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Lightly brush the fish fingers with a little frying oil.
  • Place the tray in a preheated oven at a medium heat until the fingers are crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve the fish fingers hot.
