Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Breast: 1 kg
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste
  • Onion Powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Flour: 3 cups for coating, use sparingly for a lighter version
  • Oil: as needed for frying
  • Butter: as needed
  • Water: 3 cups
  • Demi-Glace Powder: 3 tablespoons
  • Bell Peppers: to taste chopped, assorted colors

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with a little salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Then, coat them lightly with flour.
  • In a pan over heat, add oil and butter. Then, place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pan.
  • In a separate pan over heat, add the chopped bell peppers and demi-glace powder. Stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked chicken breasts to the sauce pan and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve hot.
