Ingredients
- Chicken Breast: 1 kg
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Onion Powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Garlic Powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Flour: 3 cups for coating, use sparingly for a lighter version
- Oil: as needed for frying
- Butter: as needed
- Water: 3 cups
- Demi-Glace Powder: 3 tablespoons
- Bell Peppers: to taste chopped, assorted colors
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with a little salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Then, coat them lightly with flour.
- In a pan over heat, add oil and butter. Then, place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pan.
- In a separate pan over heat, add the chopped bell peppers and demi-glace powder. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked chicken breasts to the sauce pan and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot.
