Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 onion juiced
  • 1 container plain yogurt fat-free
  • 1 tomato finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon mixed spices
  • A pinch of dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Wash the sliced chicken breasts thoroughly with lemon, vinegar, salt, and water. Then drain them well.
  • In a bowl, mix the onion juice, thyme, mixed spices, curry powder, black pepper, salt, vinegar, plain yogurt, and grated tomato.
  • Add the chicken breast slices to the marinade mixture. Set them aside for at least 3 hours.
  • Grill the marinated chicken on a preheated grill until fully cooked and browned.
  • Serve the chicken alongside a salad and a portion of mashed potatoes.
