Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast sliced into strips
- 1 onion juiced
- 1 container plain yogurt fat-free
- 1 tomato finely grated
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon mixed spices
- A pinch of dried thyme
Instructions
- Wash the sliced chicken breasts thoroughly with lemon, vinegar, salt, and water. Then drain them well.
- In a bowl, mix the onion juice, thyme, mixed spices, curry powder, black pepper, salt, vinegar, plain yogurt, and grated tomato.
- Add the chicken breast slices to the marinade mixture. Set them aside for at least 3 hours.
- Grill the marinated chicken on a preheated grill until fully cooked and browned.
- Serve the chicken alongside a salad and a portion of mashed potatoes.
