Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Bananas
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon ground
- 1.5 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Mash Bananas: Mash the bananas in a bowl until they are smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk. Add the vanilla, sugar, and oil. Keep beating until the mixture is creamy and light.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder into a separate bowl.
- Combine: Add the mashed bananas to the egg, sugar, and oil mixture. Then, add the flour mixture and stir until all the ingredients are just combined.
- Prepare Pan: Get a cupcake tray ready and line it with cupcake papers.
- Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Fill Cups: Pour the batter into the cupcake papers, filling each one about halfway.
