Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on a solid surface and pound them with a meat mallet to an even thickness. Then, brush them with olive oil on both sides.
- Season: In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning mix onto the chicken breasts on both sides using your hands.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- First Cooking Session: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Flip and Finish Cooking: Take out the basket, flip the chicken breasts over, and place them back in the air fryer for another 3 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve: Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and serve it hot.
